The CRM Training Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining the core training material to implement the Oldcastle Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on the Salesforce.com (SFDC) platform. The CRM Training Manager also supports and often delivers user training alongside the Commercial Excellence Teams. This position reports to the VP, Sales Force Automation and will work directly with Oldcastle CRM business unit sponsors to ensure they have adequate training capabilities and programs.
